     Trade and Custom House Agents are hereby informed that the rate of exchange applicable for the purpose of value under section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 have been changed and the rates effective from Sunday the 1st of July 2003 as per Notifications No.40/2003-NT-CUS and 41/2003-NT-CUS dated 25TH June 2003 are as indicated below as far as they relate to IMPORTS and EXPORTS.
