Sub: Guidelines for filing declaration form for imports at Service Centre.-reg.

Attention of all Importers / Custom House Agents and other members of the trade is Invited to the public Notice No. 16/2001 dated 31-05-2001, wherein necessary guidelines for filling up of Public Notice No.11/2002 dated 08-02-2002 several new modules viz. bond Management System and Extension of ICES Imports to processing of Bills of Entry relating to goods:-
      1. purchased on high sea sales basis
      2. exempted under 100% EOU Schemes
      3. exempted under Notification No. 32/97(Job Work)

have been introduced. In view of the above, a revised guidelines for filling up of declaration form is given for guidance.
